Here's How To Register!
The division your child will play is determined by their "Actual Age" AS OF January 1st. For example: If your child is 12 years old on January 1st but turns 13 before or during the season, your child will play in the 12U division because she is considered League Age 12.
Either print out the form or make a note of the League Age and the appropriate division for future use.

NEW PLAYERS,
and Returning Players that did NOT play Last Season

should download, print, and complete the 6U - 18U Player Registration Forms
. You also MUST bring a COPY of the Player's BIRTH CERTIFICATE along with your payment when you register.

If you PLAYED LAST SEASON (Except 19O), we have your registration materials already on file. HOWEVER, you must come to a registration to complete the process by verifying all information and paying your fees.
