BBYSL ATTORNEY GENERAL APPROVAL By:  Mike Lawrence, BBYSL President Updated:  10/29/2008 at 2:43 AM Mike Lawrence, President of BBYSL, annouced today that the league received a letter from the Attorney General's Office concerning a follow-up inspection of our complex.  Below is an excerpt from that letter.   Dear Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Schweitzer:   "As you know, on October 23, 2008, our Office conducted a follow-up site inspection to determine if the accessibility violations identified during our investigation have been addressed at the above-referenced facility.  Upon review of the site, we find the BBYSL to be in substantial compliance with the Environmental Barriers Act and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  We have, therefore, closed our investigation." The letter was signed by Vickie Simpson from the Disability Rights Bureau.   This is great news for visitors to our complex, our league, and our continued relationship with Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School.     <- GO BACK   Webmaster bbysl@comcast.net
